The flowers were beautiful, vibrantly colored and aromatic, they looked picture perfect. Truthfully they looked like the pictures I seen online. I did ask them to call, text, or email to notify me before the driver was on their way or when they was approaching...which they did not do (and reason for the 1 star reduction). However, in their defense, it was Valentine’s Day and I am sure they were swamped with other orders and simply forgot.But overall the process ordering, the actual flowers, and the price were great. At first I have to say I was worried. I tried calling the number given online. But no one answered. They did say text the number “customer “ because they were either on the phone, doing a delivery or at an event. That sounded sketchy to me. They did respond via text and email. Needless to say, communication was excellent. But mostly the flowers were fresh, beautifully put together and delivered on time. Great job all.
